I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself… I am a wife, mom of three, and registered dietitian. After an unexpected dairy allergy with my 2nd child, I started Dairy Free Dietitian to navigate the dairy free world as healthfully as possible. Eliminating dairy can be hard and scary (especially for kids), but I strive to give you the resources to make it a little easier!
Can I tell you a secret? I’m not 100% dairy free. I personally don’t have any allergies, so eating dairy free is more of a personal choice for me. As a registered dietitian, I know and understand the importance of nutrients from dairy products. However, since our family has had to omit dairy, I decided to go all in and create a space to help others! Please read along to get recipes, tips and guides on going dairy free!
